I had such a great experience at Eye Rx Family Eyecare – Stone Ridge. The staff were incredibly patient and professional, especially while I was figuring out my new insurance. When we needed to complete a form, they were more than willing to help and made the whole process so easy. Dr. Sun was thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Every member of the team was helpful and wonderful from start to finish. I’m so glad I chose this office - highly recommend!

Dr. Sun’s practice opened up sometime this summer but you’d never know with how well it’s run! I made an appointment for July 1at at 9:00. Both Brittany and Dr. Sun welcomed me in as I was the first appointment of the day. Brittany is such a great front office manager (I’m not actually sure what her title is but she’s just wonderful nonetheless). I made the appointment not realizing it was a brand new office but I wouldn’t have known if Dr. Sun hadn’t have mentioned it! She’s very personable, professional, and thorough! I have been going to optometrists yearly for at least 25 years but this was the first time that any optometrist had shown me images of my eyes and explained exactly what we were looking at and what she was looking for! I usually get a, “everything looks good” kind of thing. Even before I had PRK surgery, optometrists were not that thorough. Dr. Sun doesn’t rush you out and really asks you lots of questions to get a better understanding of your medical history. I was so impressed that I made an appointment for my son. His appointment was today. She’s 6 and even though he gets an eye exam with his pediatrician, I figured it was good practice to go to an actual optometrist. I had no concerns at all but I’m glad I went. She gave me information as to how to keep his eyes healthy. Even though she’s not technically a pediatric optometrist, she has the tools to exam kids and she knows how to talk to them on their level! I would recommend giving Dr. Sun a chance if you’re looking for an optometrist.

Another great visit with Dr. Sun. I had an issue with one of my eyes and she was able to see me the same day I called. Her explanation and resolution were clear and I feel confident I will be 100% in no time. I have been a patient for several years now. My annual exams are never rushed and I appreciate her explanations of my eye health. If you are deciding whether to call for an appointment, do it now. You won’t regret it!!

Dr. Jen Sun took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I appreciate the thorough exam and the personalized care. My husband and I are grateful for Dr. Sun and her team. Not only was the service great, but everyone was friendly and approachable. I highly recommend!

Dr. Sun is super knowledgeable and nice to talk to. She knows what she’s doing and love that she or any of her staff do not try to push products on customers. Worth checking out if you feel you want to go to a place that isn’t owned by an enterprise!

I am so happy I took the time to find this place!! Dr. Sun, Sunny AND Britney are the sweetest people I have ever met for an appointment. So sweet, explained everything they were doing, and took their time. Also, I really appreciated Sunny’s honesty choosing the right pair of glasses and cannot WAIT to see them done!! 10/10 would recommend this place!!

I can’t thank Dr. Sun enough for seeing me on such short notice when I developed a painful eye infection. From the moment I arrived, she was kind, attentive, and genuinely concerned about helping me feel better. She performed a thorough examination, clearly explained the diagnosis and treatment, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Since I started seeing Dr. Sun, she has been the best eye doctor I’ve ever had. She is knowledgeable, caring, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr Sun and the entire staff! Won’t go anywhere else again. Myopia management options for kids is on point with MiSight (some practitioners don’t even offer this option) and kids frames are fun and super durable (practically indestructible) For adults - pricey but highly customizable. Definitely recommend checking out the Lindberg frames (Sonny can tell you all about them and help you pick the best combination)

Incredible service! I am so glad I found this practice. The office is very clean and professional. The customer service is outstanding and they are very responsive from the moment you walk in the door. The doctor is extremely thorough, patient and has incredible bedside manner.
