Eye Rx Stone Ridge

I had such a great experience at Eye Rx Family Eyecare – Stone Ridge. The staff were incredibly patient and professional, especially while I was figuring out my new insurance. When we needed to complete a form, they were more than willing to help and made the whole process so easy. Dr. Sun was thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Every member of the team was helpful and wonderful from start to finish. I’m so glad I chose this office - highly recommend!

Incredible service! I am so glad I found this practice. The office is very clean and professional. The customer service is outstanding and they are very responsive from the moment you walk in the door. The doctor is extremely thorough, patient and has incredible bedside manner.

Dr. Sun’s practice opened up sometime this summer but you’d never know with how well it’s run! I made an appointment for July 1at at 9:00. Both Brittany and Dr. Sun welcomed me in as I was the first appointment of the day. Brittany is such a great front office manager (I’m not actually sure what her title is but she’s just wonderful nonetheless). I made the appointment not realizing it was a brand new office but I wouldn’t have known if Dr. Sun hadn’t have mentioned it! She’s very personable, professional, and thorough! I have been going to optometrists yearly for at least 25 years but this was the first time that any optometrist had shown me images of my eyes and explained exactly what we were looking at and what she was looking for! I usually get a, “everything looks good” kind of thing. Even before I had PRK surgery, optometrists were not that thorough. Dr. Sun doesn’t rush you out and really asks you lots of questions to get a better understanding of your medical history. I was so impressed that I made an appointment for my son. His appointment was today. She’s 6 and even though he gets an eye exam with his pediatrician, I figured it was good practice to go to an actual optometrist. I had no concerns at all but I’m glad I went. She gave me information as to how to keep his eyes healthy. Even though she’s not technically a pediatric optometrist, she has the tools to exam kids and she knows how to talk to them on their level! I would recommend giving Dr. Sun a chance if you’re looking for an optometrist.

I had an excellent experience at Eye RX Family Eyecare in Stone Ridge (Aldie)! This was my first visit as a patient, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Sun is very knowledgeable and she takes the time to explain everything in detail. Scheduling my appointment online was quick and easy, and the office hours and location are very convenient. The office itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. I highly recommend Eye RX Family Eyecare at Stone Ridge to anyone looking for outstanding eye care!!

This was my first time going to Eye Rx in Stone Ridge and I had such an amazing experience! Everyone at the front desk was kind, welcoming, and helpful. During my visit with Dr. Jennifer Sun she was very compassionate and attentive when listening and addressing my concerns. She made sure to explain everything to me and made me feel very comfortable during the exam itself. I left feeling so much better just knowing I was in such great hands. I will absolutely be going back to Eye Rx in Stone Ridge in the future!

My experience at EyeRex was outstanding from start to finish. The office was clean & modern, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. Dr. Jen Sun took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I appreciate the thorough exam and the personalized care. My husband and I are grateful for Dr. Sun and her team. Not only was the service great, but everyone was friendly and approachable. I highly recommend!

Dr. Sun was great. As a former optometrist myself with 40 years of experience in the field, she provided top notch care, has an excellent chair-side manner, and her staff is excellent. I and my family will definitely be back next year.

I am so happy I took the time to find this place!! Dr. Sun, Sunny AND Britney are the sweetest people I have ever met for an appointment. So sweet, explained everything they were doing, and took their time. Also, I really appreciated Sunny’s honesty choosing the right pair of glasses and cannot WAIT to see them done!! 10/10 would recommend this place!!

Dr Sun is amazing!! She’s the first optometrist I felt really looked at my overall well being and never slapped an unnecessary prescription or bandaid over an issue like I’d been treated elsewhere. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and so kind! The office is quiet, super clean, latest technology. The staff are also very friendly, professional, and always running on time! I’ve never felt hurried out or like I was just another number, truly personal care given. I was seeing Dr Sun at another practice and was thrilled to follow her once her doors opened. Can’t recommend here enough!
