Eye Rx Stone Ridge

I had such a great experience at Eye Rx Family Eyecare – Stone Ridge. The staff were incredibly patient and professional, especially while I was figuring out my new insurance. When we needed to complete a form, they were more than willing to help and made the whole process so easy. Dr. Sun was thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Every member of the team was helpful and wonderful from start to finish. I’m so glad I chose this office - highly recommend!

Dr. Sun’s practice opened up sometime this summer but you’d never know with how well it’s run! I made an appointment for July 1at at 9:00. Both Brittany and Dr. Sun welcomed me in as I was the first appointment of the day. Brittany is such a great front office manager (I’m not actually sure what her title is but she’s just wonderful nonetheless). I made the appointment not realizing it was a brand new office but I wouldn’t have known if Dr. Sun hadn’t have mentioned it! She’s very personable, professional, and thorough! I have been going to optometrists yearly for at least 25 years but this was the first time that any optometrist had shown me images of my eyes and explained exactly what we were looking at and what she was looking for! I usually get a, “everything looks good” kind of thing. Even before I had PRK surgery, optometrists were not that thorough. Dr. Sun doesn’t rush you out and really asks you lots of questions to get a better understanding of your medical history. I was so impressed that I made an appointment for my son. His appointment was today. She’s 6 and even though he gets an eye exam with his pediatrician, I figured it was good practice to go to an actual optometrist. I had no concerns at all but I’m glad I went. She gave me information as to how to keep his eyes healthy. Even though she’s not technically a pediatric optometrist, she has the tools to exam kids and she knows how to talk to them on their level! I would recommend giving Dr. Sun a chance if you’re looking for an optometrist.

I made the right choice in selecting Dr Sun and Eye Rx for my eye care! Dr Sun readily handled my uncommon vision challenges and questions. She was open and easy to talk to and I was very satisfied with my exam. Everyone their was professional and comfortable. Overall, I had a quality experience and am confident in my choice for my new eye care center!

My experience at EyeRex was outstanding from start to finish. The office was clean & modern, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. Dr. Jen Sun took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I appreciate the thorough exam and the personalized care. My husband and I are grateful for Dr. Sun and her team. Not only was the service great, but everyone was friendly and approachable. I highly recommend!

I am so happy I took the time to find this place!! Dr. Sun, Sunny AND Britney are the sweetest people I have ever met for an appointment. So sweet, explained everything they were doing, and took their time. Also, I really appreciated Sunny’s honesty choosing the right pair of glasses and cannot WAIT to see them done!! 10/10 would recommend this place!!

Had my first visit with the Eye Rx practice in Stone Ridge today and I was very impressed. The whole team was great to work with from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out. Dr. Sun in particular was awesome. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and great to work with. I’ve definitely found my new home for eye care, and Dr. Sun said they just opened recently and will be around a long time. That was welcome news after my last eye care provider closed the doors and disappeared overnight. You will be happy working with this team, so start your long-term relationship with them now before they fill up!!!

this was my first visit with Dr Sun. she was very thorough in checking my eyes because of family history. Brittany and Sonny were also very helpful with questions and assisting me choose new glasses. highly recommend!!

10/10 experience! Dr Sun truly took her time with my eyes, and made me feel so comfortable. The staff were sweethearts and were extremely accommodating and explained everything so kindly. They were all extremely thorough with the entire process. I really recommend seeing her!
